Vintage Stud Remover Extractor Pusher Tool with Handle.  Unknown if this is for tire studs or wall studs.  There are no markings on the tool except on the tip guard which says to keep the tip guard in place when the tool is not in use.  Has a screw on handle.  Unknown if this is used for tire studs or wall studs.
Measures 13" long x 5" with 4-1/4" handle.  Weighs 2 pounds 2 ounces unpackaged.
There are some scuff and scratch marks on the tool as well as finish loss.  Being sold "AS IS."
