Vintage Stanley No 77 Sweetheart rosewood and brass Mortise Marking Gauge

Description

For auction is a Stanley No 77 Sweetheart mortise marking gauge, rosewood and brass. The gauge/scribe tool is in very clean condition, beautiful grained rosewood and nice brasswork. Adjustments and screws function smoothly, wood is solid with minor scratches. Inside of face has some very minor chips (pic 9).  The gauge has been cleaned and lightly oiled, would make a great user or addition to a collection.
