Vintage Antique Ebony & Brass 12 1/2" Long Sliding Bevel Carpenter's Tool
This is an
Ebony & Brass Carpenters' Bevel
.  This one is rather heavy and measures 12 1/2" long.  It is not marked with a makers name, but most likely was made in the United Kingdom.
It has an adjustable steel bevel that slides out for taking angles.
I rate this bevel in
GOOD CONDITION
overall.   It has been cleaned and is ready for display.  A nice looking example of an ebony bevel for you to add to your antique tool collection!
