    These are listed as repros and just like WWII collectors I could not get all that looked at these to agree on authenticity!! The US Plate is not part of this sale. I purchased 5 plates along with other items that were related to me to be dug in Virginia. Looking at the US plate it sure looks like all are good to me? I have collected Cross Belt Plates for 30+ years and never got into Civil War! All of these items still clearly show particles of silica from the sandy ground that these were dug out of. I believe them to be real but am selling them as reproductions! Look at the photos and no returns.
