This listing is for a lidded beer stein by Davenport Pottery from Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire England. It is from a series called Tyke's Border Country and features a Border collie on each stein. This is a strictly limited edition and each stein is numbered. This one is number 501. This stein is called The Guardian. This is a porcelain tankard with a pewter lid. This tankard a little over 7" tall including the handle. It has never been used only displayed. Great gift for a border collie fan. This one is in very good condition.
