    Offered here is a nice
    PRE-OWNED VINTAGE STANLEY MARKING GAUGE, NUMBER 65, WITH A TRIANGULAR FENCE-HEAD AND BRASS WEAR STRIP.
    This vintage marking gauge is made of boxwood and it has a nice imprint-logo with patent numbers.  The tool is in good condition but it is missing the brass pressure plate between the thumb screw and head.  This part must have been missing for many years as the top edge of the arm has dimple imprints from the thumbscrew.  Also, this thumbscrew may be a replacement.  Overall this is a very fine tool, still useful, or use it for parts-display in your ANTIQUE WOODWORKING TOOL COLLECTION.  See photos for additional details.  Any questions, please ask.
