We strive to package items so that they are not damaged in shipping.  However, if breakage occurs, an insurance claim must be processed.  To process an insurance claim it is important that you send pictures to us of all the pieces of the broken object, internal packaging and external packaging.  If you want to keep the item and have it repaired, an estimate of repair cost will also be required.  Please keep all packaging materials until any damage inspection is completed.  The claim process may take upwards of 8 weeks to complete.  Please be patient and we will keep you informed of progress.
When you are buying online you would have to pay for the shipping, which sometimes can be more than your purchase price.
