In addition to the onboard 10/100/1000Base-T (Gigabit) Ethernet port for which they are named, the Power Macintosh G4 (Gigabit Ethernet) models introduced the convenient, but subsequently maligned, ADC (Apple Display Connector), which carries analog and digital video signals, USB data, and power in the same cable.
