Jimi Hendrix Experience, Traffic, Small Faces
60’s vintage autograph book contains the signatures of the Jimi Hendrix Experience, with Jimi signing—“Love to you, Jimi Hendrix,” “Mitch, xxx,” and “Love, Noel Redding, Bass, xxx.” A very hard to come by undedicated set of set of Experience signatures with no notations and nice signature placement on an immaculate page. The book is also signed by several other notable musical artists of the day, including the Small Faces Steve Marriott, Kenney Jones, Ian McLagan, and Ronnie Lane, as well as Steve Marriott on another page in first name only, Traffic (Jim Capaldi, Chris Wood, Dave Mason and Steve Winwood whose signature is on a separate loose autograph book page,Roy Orbison, the Walker Brothers, Cat Stevens, Engelbert Humperdinck, Graham Nash (The Hollies), members of Tomorrow Steve Howe (Future Yes guitarist) and John "Twink” Alder, Mike Harrison  “Art” (pre Spooky Tooth) and others.
Accompanied by a provenance letter stating that the original owner, Sheila, collected autographs when she attended numerous local concerts in the 1960s and 1970s. Sheila’s father Fred was a refrigeration engineer. One of his jobs was to service and maintain the chillers and freezers at these theatres and in so doing he got to know their staff at the local venues. Includes three original 1967 concert programs for Jimi Hendrix (Walker Brothers), Traffic and Roy Orbison and The Small Faces, which were purchased by the original recipient at the very shows where she obtained the autographs.
The autograph book has been well kept and is in fine condition,
as you can see in the photos and the pages measure 4 3/4” X 4 1/4”.
