This eBay listing is for a used, industrial/commercial grade, Ingersoll Rand 7" vertical air disc sander tool model 7S60L that is rated at 3000 RPM.    Online - these sell for 5-0+ new!!    This comes just as you see pictured in the listing.   PLEASE NOTE - this originally had 2 handles attached.   One of these was was cut off (see pictures).   I got a few air tools from my neighbor before he moved south for the winter and said all were in working order.

My handyman came over to do some flooring work for us and he brought in an air compressor so I had him test the air tools that I had listed on Ebay.   This one does work and he noted that it runs nice and smooth.
