"To Denny La Motte - with every good wish / (?), May 17, 1971 / Eugene Ormandy".
The inscription and signature have faded but are still clear and fully legible.
GOOD condition: There is creasing to two corner tips, there are small pieces of clear tape to the left side corners and front edge, not affecting text, else bright and clear.
