This is part number HPX5000, and is made in the USA by Dayco (fomerly called the Dayton Rubber Company), based in Dayton, Ohio.
Since 1905, Dayco has been making quality rubber products, including tires, garden hoses, belts, and even the world's first white-wall tires.
