Baldor grinders that use the Baldor pedestal have dual spindles that hold grinding wheels for metal fabrication and tool sharpening. The wheels come with 36- and 60-grit abrasive surfaces, as well as carbide and diamond abrasives for wet applications. Baldor grinder-buffers that go with the Baldor cast-iron pedestal have dual spindles for a 36-grit wheel and a carbon-steel wire-brush wheel for deburring sharp metal edges or polishing metal surfaces.
