The item is in

cosmetic
condition. It was inspected and has scuffs and scratches on the outside of the PC from normal use. There are noticeable scuffs and scratches on the rear of the PC (see picture #6).
There are noticeable scratches on the stand.
All ports and connections are in good cosmetic condition and the screen is in
fair
condition. There is noticeable screen damage on the left side of the screen (see pictures #2 and #4). There are other noticeable scuffs and scratches on the screen.
I was able to power on the PC. However, I noticed that the display has some discoloration in the upper edge (see picture #4) and noticeable screen bleeding from the damaged area (see picture #4). I was able to load the OS and test the software. I was able to surf the Internet using the built-in Wi-Fi and the Ethernet port. The FaceTime Camera, SD Card reader, Bluetooth, Speakers, Microphone, Headphone jack, Thunderbolt and USB ports are working.
OS Catalina is installed on this PC. OS Catalina is the highest recommended for this particular model. We do NOT recommend attempting to upgrade to Big Sur.
Comes with a black Non-Apple power cord. No keyboard or mouse are included.
