This Mac is backed by our exclusive One-Year Fresh Apple Guarantee. Hardware defects, with the exception of accidental damage, are covered within one year of the date of purchase. Software is not covered, since third-party software can cause issues (in which case you would need to contact the manufacturer of the software) - however, if your issue is software-related, we can try to fix the issue remotely. With software issues, if all else fails, you are welcome to send your hard drive in, and we can perform a fresh install of macOS.
And of course, we'll be glad to provide support beyond one year!
When you are ready to resell your Mac and upgrade to a newer model (hopefully a few years from now), we can securely wipe the hard drive that's currently installed and perform a fresh install onto it - so that the next user won't have access to your data, and it's ready to sell. Just contact us, mail-in your drive, and we'll send it back to you... Free of charge!

Local Pickup:
We welcome local pickup at our store in Woodstock, Illinois.  You can save on shipping, inspect and try out your Mac in-person, and we'll be there to answer any questions you may have.  Before purchasing, please contact us for payment methods to pay on pickup.
We do (unfortunately) have to charge 8% sales tax for local pickup and orders shipped within Illinois.
We offer FREE 30-Day Returns, so that you can rest assured that the Mac you purchase fits your needs!  If you have any issues or questions, please feel free to reach out - we're more than happy to help with any issues or questions you may have.  In the event that you need to return your Mac, we will gladly provide you with a prepaid label for return shipping.
